How the site is protected
Two compounds, each one surveyed and scored by Cassoa rather than described by us.
2.4m concrete perimeter
The two Kingfisher Park compounds are enclosed by 2.4m high concrete fencing topped with barbed wire.
Perimeter beam system
The two compounds have a perimeter security beam system integrated into the alarm network.
Monitored 24/7
The entire perimeter of the two sites is covered by CCTV and monitored around the clock through an external monitoring station.
Alarms answered
Any triggered alarm is communicated immediately to on duty staff by telephone.
Internal and PTZ cameras
Internal CCTV captures all movement inside the compounds, and remotely operated PTZ cameras cover each site in full.
Airlock entry
Enter your unique PIN and the entry and exit gates close behind you before the barrier opens, so only one vehicle moves through at a time.
Who comes and goes
Every customer is issued an electronic entry tag with their contract, and the system records movement in and out of the compound. There is no shared code and we never give your access PIN to a third party.
If you are having work done on your unit, let us know by email with the details of whoever is carrying it out, including their registration and contact details, and we will arrange access for them.
You may be asked for photographic identification when visiting or removing a unit. It takes a moment and it is the reason a stranger cannot drive your caravan off the site.
Cassoa Platinum, independently surveyed
Platinum is the highest award Cassoa gives. Sites are scored by specialist surveyors on perimeter fencing, access control, the entry and exit system, CCTV, alarms and fire protection. Both of our compounds hold it, and we are re-surveyed to keep it.
