Storage itself is governed by our written storage contract and site rules, which you sign before your unit comes on site. Where anything on this website differs from that contract, the contract is what applies.

You may use this website to find information about our storage and to contact us. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, or that damages or interferes with the site or anyone else’s use of it.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the information here accurate and current, particularly prices and access hours. Even so, details can change, and availability in particular changes constantly. Nothing on this website is an offer to store your unit. Please confirm the current position with us before relying on it.

Prices shown are current at the time of publication and may be revised. Any increase affecting an existing contract is notified by email at least three months beforehand, as set out in the storage contract.

Where we link to another website, such as Cassoa or Henlow Bridge Lakes, we are not responsible for its content.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
