On site
Hardstanding pitches
Level, allocated hardstanding, marked out so every unit has its own numbered plot.
Individual lockable units
Lockable units for owners who want their unit enclosed rather than on an open pitch.
Electronic entry tag
Issued free with your first contract. Replacements are £10 if you change unit or damage the tag.
Room to manoeuvre
Wide lanes and space to turn a long vehicle, including horseboxes and RVs over 8 metres.
Staff on site
Someone is here during access hours, and alarms are passed straight to on duty staff by telephone.
Viewings by arrangement
Book ahead and we will show you round the compounds and the security.
Servicing and cleaning next door
Tow Fix sits immediately next to Kingfisher Park and services caravans and motorhomes, including habitation checks. They also provide a caravan and motorhome cleaning service.
There are no washing facilities inside the compounds and we do not allow vehicle cleaning there, so Tow Fix is where to go for that.
A motorhome and MOT service centre is due to open on our site in December 2026.
If you arrange any service or maintenance on your unit, email us first with the details of whoever is carrying out the work, including their registration and contact details. We will never give your access PIN to a third party.
A few things we ask
Nothing unusual, and all of it is in the storage contract.
Park centrally within your allocated plot markers
Wind down all corner steadies so the unit sits level
Remove gas bottles, or make sure they are turned off
Declare any lithium batteries in your unit on the contract
No perishable food left in the unit
Five miles an hour across the site, and children supervised at all times
Dogs are welcome, on a lead
Take your litter home with you
